In April, a group of geography alumni who graduated alongside Robbie in July 2019 and who got to know him through a field trip to Berlin, are aiming to collectively cover a distance of 847 miles. This is the distance between the University of Nottingham and Berlin, the two places in which they connected with Robbie. Through 847 miles is their target, this is a baseline and if they can go further they will!
They have all come together as they want to honour Robbie’s legacy in a manner that will help support the work we are doing with R World! Former lecturers, including Nick Clare, Rob Hearn, Cordelia Freeman, Jake Hodder and Shaun French have also offered to support this fundraiser.
