Another amazing fundraiser! Jessie Burn and her mum completed the dark peaks trail run last week – 12k in the heat – and raised a brilliant £300 for R World taking our total to nearly £22,500! Since our newsletter, a further two teachers are now signed up to do First Aid for Mental Health Instructor training – the word is getting out! And take a look at our R World t-shirts !
A massive thank you to our partners @anchorianshc for their amazing fundraising efforts recently!! Their R World Family Festival raised an incredible £375.60. Promoting the wellbeing of young people through sports is incredibly important and we’re proud to have funded first aid for mental health training for the club to implement in the future! R World’s youngest supporters!! So proud of the children at The Canons Primary, Bedworth for accomplishing their R World Challenge where they completed a number of sponsored events including skipping, running, baking and reading & raised almost £1000!
